The hotel is situated between the ICC (exhibition centre) and the train, bus and underground station Zoo. It is also conveniently located for the main shopping and entertainment area. The rooms are medium-sized and were renovated in 2000. Rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
The restaurant is to the right of the lobby, up a few steps. It is furnished in a modern style. It features a wintergarden as part of the restaurant. This is a modern 6-storey building. The small lobby has a grey tiled floor and white walls, with a small seating area to the left of the reception desk.
The hotel is just next to one of Berlin's shopping streets called Wilmersdorfer Strasse and still close to Historical sights like Memorial Church.
